Research & Development:
• Design and execute agroinfiltration experiments.
• Optimize microbial agents for gene delivery.
• Develop scalable agroinfiltration protocols.
• Analyze data to improve methods.

Innovation & Optimization:
• Explore new microbial strains and genetic tools.
• Identify factors influencing agroinfiltration success.
• Collaborate with teams for practical applications.

Collaboration & Communication:
• Work with plant biologists and agronomists.
• Present findings to internal teams.
• Write technical reports and contribute to publications.

Quality Control & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain detailed laboratory records.
• Participate in equipment maintenance.

Project Management:
• Manage multiple research projects.
• Develop project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and adjust project plans.

requirements

• Ph.D. or master’s in microbiology, plant biology, molecular biology, or related field.
• Experience in microbiology research, plant• microbe interactions, and large• scale biotechnological applications.
• Skills in microbial genetics, molecular biology, and plant physiology.
• Strong communication, problem• solving, and project management skills.
